Our delivery
Requests filled on or before start time. Rolling 12 months. Excludes provider-cancelled bookings and requests made less than 1 hour before start.
Every carer we place — temp or permanent — is fully checked before they start: DBS, Right-to-Work and mandatory training verified. For existing teams, we monitor compliance on shift and flag gaps before they become issues.
The uplift providers typically see when they partner with us, within three to six months. Delivered through a combination of improved compliance, training, support, development and 360 feedback.
Carers who returned to the same setting within 3 months, on open-ended assignments. Excludes fixed-period cover and settings with no further eligible shifts.
A dedicated partner lead for every provider. Director-level, available by phone or WhatsApp — someone who knows your operation.
