Requests filled on or before start time. Rolling 12 months. Excludes provider-cancelled bookings and requests made less than 1 hour before start.

Every carer we place — temp or permanent — is fully checked before they start: DBS, Right-to-Work and mandatory training verified. For providers in your area, we also monitor compliance on shift and flag gaps before they become issues.

Carers who return for repeat shifts, the continuity that protects the people being cared for.

Every carer we employ is paid fairly: transparent rates, no hidden fees, paid directly, with pension, holiday and sick pay where applicable.

We Are Care employs carers directly: transparent pay, holiday pay, sick pay, no hidden fees, no margins taken out of the carer.
