For commissioners

Keep your providers staffed and your care stable.

We help the providers in your area hold their staffing, so capacity stays stable across the care you commission. Pre-vetted carers, engaged and paid directly by us, for children, adults and complex care, built for the continuity that protects people and ratings.

A We Are Care carer

Our delivery

Requests filled on or before start time. Rolling 12 months. Excludes provider-cancelled bookings and requests made less than 1 hour before start.

Every carer we place — temp or permanent — is fully checked before they start: DBS, Right-to-Work and mandatory training verified. For providers in your area, we also monitor compliance on shift and flag gaps before they become issues.

Carers who return for repeat shifts, the continuity that protects the people being cared for.

Every carer we engage is paid fairly: transparent rates, no hidden fees, paid directly, with pension, holiday and sick pay where applicable.

Typical retention uplift for providers in your area who work with us, within three to six months.

Client voices

What this looks like in practice.

We partnered with We Are Care, driven by our need to provide consistent continuity of care for people we support with complex learning and mental health needs. We Are Care has maintained a near 100% shift fulfilment rate, providing the reliability we needed. A relationship with a provider who can scale alongside us as we execute our ambitious growth strategy. Louise Orr · Dignus

What this means for you

Care staffing, shaped around commissioning.

Local capacity

Local capacity pressure

Where gaps keep recurring, sit hard to fill, or start to affect discharge and flow. We target the pressure points across your patch, not just one rota at a time.

Provider resilience

Provider resilience

Cover that helps a struggling provider stabilise before fragility turns into failure. Steadier staffing holds quality, ratings and the placements you rely on.

Continuity

Continuity across commissioned care

Fewer unfamiliar faces in the services you fund. The same carers returning means consistency for the people being cared for, and fewer escalations back to you.

Evidence and visibility

Evidence and visibility

Compliance, shift fulfilment and return-carer patterns, visible across providers. Risks surface earlier, so you can act before a service tips into difficulty.
