Usually a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on your documents and any training you still need. We'll tell you exactly what's outstanding and help you work through it.
Not always. Some roles need prior experience, others we can support you into through training. Register and we'll be honest about what fits.

Yes. You choose the shifts that fit your life and pick up more or fewer as you need. We work around you, not the other way round.
Fortnightly, at fair rates shown before you accept a shift. Direct employment, with holiday and pension where applicable, and a payslip you can actually read.
If you're new to care or missing required training, we'll guide you through what's needed before placement. Training and progression are a core part of what we're building. Our Workforce Pathways programme is expanding through 2026.

Shifts come to you simply, including via WhatsApp, with the rate and details up front. Accept the ones that work for you.
No. Working with adults at risk is regulated activity, so we place you only once your enhanced DBS, including the adults' barred list check, is complete and verified. There are no exceptions.
You're welcome to register. Sponsorship availability changes with immigration rules and the role, so we'll tell you clearly what's possible at the time.
